Dina Mufti: No negotiation before Sudan withdrawal

Dina Mufti, the spokesman of the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that they will not negotiate Sudan before Sudan’s Army withdraw to the border which were before November 6, 2020.
